SDLT Idea #2

Where I work, we are not allowed to bring in cell phones. And, as we all know that today cell phones are pretty expensive and usually have an LCD screen in them. Well LCD and cold weather don't usually go well. I was thinking of having an auxiliary solar power supply that can charge your phone and most important design a case that will keep it warm. I know you can by solar panels for boats that keep your battery charging while docked. That provides a good amount of power. If we can capture that energy and transfer it into conduction enough to keep something warm. I think its bit more tricky, but not impossible.
